Knight of Wands, 4 of Cups, and the Firefly
The eclipse and new moon this weekend is occurring in the deep waters of Pisces, and is even conjunct the ruler of this eclipse - Neptune. Also happening on the same day, Mars is conjoining Uranus in Aries, adding some fire and lightning to the mix. How well will our emotions/intuition play with our determination/willpower? I think they will play quite nicely and to our advantage if we channel this energy into fire and water’s common ground: our creativity.
And that is very much what today’s draw is about (gotta love the synchronicity of the divine)! We can use the moody, deep, reflective, imaginative energy of this eclipse in combination with the passion and anger stirred up by mars to get our pens to paper, brush to canvas, fingers to keyboards, hands to scissors, feet to trails, needles to yarn, etc. Don’t waste the inspiration and powerful energy of this moment. Use it to its full advantage, because it will dissipate and all that could have been will be lost, forever.
Seriously. This moment is that special. I wish that temperance would have shown up today, because I just keep thinking of the Wild Unknown’s depiction of the heron blending fire and water. Our stars are doing just that, giving us the aid and opportunity to do the same within ourselves. We are being granted an opportunity to connect to a deeper understanding of alchemy. What a gift!
Not to mention the wealth of transformation being offered by this eclipse in and of itself! I highly recommend reading some astrologers’ accounts and interpretations.
