Give us the strength and wisdom to move away from toxic thinking: those limiting ideas about ourselves and others, our past hurts that keep us trapped, painful negative mental patterns of doubt and self-degradation, bitter old wounds that drain our energy, addictions and afflictions that cannot be allowed to keep ruling our lives. Grant us the healing of a new path, a new season, a new beginning. Let us flow with the regenerative energy of spring. Let us come to life with the earth around us. May we grant ourselves deep connection with the budding of each flower and leaf. May we dance in the sun as well as the rain. May we open our hearts to the joy and triumph that is life. 🙏
Let us rejoice in the natural ebb and flow of our sacred earth and our sacred selves. Let our connection to mother earth heal us. Let the wisdom in her cycles guide our choices. If we tune into the song of nature, we will find many tools to help us in our transformations, for she is the queen of change, adaptation, and improvement. May she remind us the simple wisdom of letting go of what harms us and looking instead for what truly benefits us. In all its simplicity, this is the greatest act of self-love.
May this Venus retrograde illuminate the aspects of ourselves that are in need of our own loving attention. May we find ways in which we can give more love to one another. May we make an effort to connect with and love our planet enough to know that she is worth fighting for. Let that love be infectious. May we find the path to loving and valuing our hobbies, passions, work, art, joy, and play as they deserve to be nurtured and cared for. And let that love light our journey away from the dead shores of our past, as we brace ourselves to create a better future, individually and collectively.
Let us love the fuck out of life as the energy of spring builds, as Venus has us reevaluating, remembering, reconnecting, reinventing… This has been one tough ass winter for many reasons. Let spring remind us of the life-loving power and magic within us all. Let it reinvigorate us and fill our wells.
For there is much work to be done.
Blessed be
